5-4-16 – XLA Would Like To Welcome The Newest Executive To Our Corporate Staff, Lynne Celia.

Lynne will be serving as our Senior Vice President of Strategic Capture and Innovation responsible for leading and growing XLA’s Commercial Consulting Business Practice through program management, capture, and organic growth. Lynne brings an array of subject matter expertise in the areas of Business Development, Project Planning, Information Technology, Financial Analysis, and Business Analytics in the GovCon, Non-Profit, and Consulting arenas.  Her leadership and coaching experience has proven successful in solving even the most difficult client’s technology and financial challenges, where she was able to simultaneously manage large teams through complex IT and business systems integrations.  Lynne’s ability to develop meaningful internal and external partnerships with both existing and new customers will be an invaluable asset to the organization as we grow.
